Make an appointment for a free 20-minute consultation

I offer you a free 20-minute consultation to clarify all your doubts before you make the appointment and decide if we are a good fit to work together.

Number 2
The first session will be an assessment


In our first session, you'll have the opportunity to tell me everything about the breakup and how it has impacted you. 

At the end of the first consultation, we will have a clear goal to work towards. You'll have to complete some quizzes as part of the assessment.

Number 3
I only use Cognitive Behavioral techniques


From the second session, we'll start working on developing your skills and resilience to cope with the breakup. 

I use live coaching via Vsee or Skype. You'll learn and apply the same Science-based techniques that I use with my face-to-face clients.

Number 4
Make appointments as needed. Don't Buy in bulk. 


Make appointments on a weekly basis or when you need them.
