Not much for most of the modules. For a couple of them, you may need to spend up to 7 hours during that week. On the conservative side, you’re likely to spend between 15 and 25 hours completing the exercises of the program over the course of 2 months.
That translates into 10 to 20 minutes a day working on developing the skills you need to get over your ex. That’s not something outrageous considering the benefits you’ll get at the end of the process.
